Integrative care

Mental health care helps ensure earlier assessment of needs, timely access to therapeutic services, and optimal outcomes. Each visit is an opportunity to discuss parent concerns, counsel on development, and offer evidence based practices in an inclusive environment.

Art therapy

Art and creativity help children to recognize their emotions and body sensations. Engaging in sensory activities can also provide helpful pathways for making sense of feelings and fostering awareness of the body mind connection.

Encouraging children to express their emotions through art and creativity can provide them with a great outlet for their anxieties, helping to create more balance in the body and mind.
